Reagent Kit
iSeq 100 i1 Reagents v1 reagents were discontinued on February 28, 2021. We recommend using the v2 reagent in their place. The new version includes chemistry improvements to reduce the occurrence of no-cluster run failures. The v2 reagents also offer longer storage time at 2–8°C, providing greater flexibility for reagent staging and run planning.
Note: iSeq 100 Software System Suite v2.0 or later is required to run the iSeq 100 i1 Reagents v2 kits.

Kit Requirements
Performing a sequencing run requires iSeq 100 i1 Reagent, a single-use reagent kit. The kit is available in one size (300-cycle) and three bundles:
- Single—Provides one cartridge prefilled with reagents and one flow cell for one run.
- Four-pack—Provides four cartridges prefilled with reagents and four flow cells for four runs.
- Eight-pack—Provides eight cartridges prefilled with reagents and eight flow cells for eight runs.

Contents & Storage
To ensure proper performance, store kit components at the indicated temperatures with the cartridge labels facing up. Keep the foil packages intact.
