Illumina DNA Prep with Exome 2.5 Enrichment Product Files

Exome BED files used to analyze results. Use the BED and TXT files labeled for Exome 2.5 and Mitochondrial DNA when using the Twist Bioscience Mitochondrial Panel as a spike-in with the Illumina DNA Prep with Exome 2.5 Enrichment kit protocol. Use the padded version of the Exome 2.5 BED file as a custom analysis file to allow variant calling in neighboring regions (30 base padding) directly adjacent to the target space.
