NovaSeq X Plus Reagent Kit

Kit Requirements

Sequencing on the NovaSeq X Plus requires one single-use NovaSeq X Series 25B Reagent Kit or NovaSeq X Series 10B Reagent Kit.

The NovaSeq X Series 25B Reagent Kit is available in one configuration (300 cycle), while the NovaSeq X Series 10B Reagent Kit is available in three configurations (300 cycle, 200 cycle, 100 cycle).

The reagents kit provides the cartridge lyo insert, library tube strip, flow cell, pre-load buffer, and buffer cartridge.

Contents & Storage

When you receive your kit, visually inspect each component and promptly store components at the indicated temperature to ensure proper performance. All kit components are shipped at room temperature.
